Who we are

Realf’s Diving & Salvage is a Gladstone owned and family operated business. For over 40 years, Realf's have been committed to identifying and meeting customers expectations and continue to provide a quality, safety and environmentally friendly service to local and international customers.

Realf’s Diving & Salvage offers an assured professional marine construction and maintenance as well as commercial diving, servicing the marine construction and shipping industries in Queensland.

Realf's diving crew have a range of trade qualifications that assist in overcoming some difficult tasks that require design, fabricating, a fully equipped workshop and plant and machinery.

Realf’s Diving & Salvage execute an OHSEQ Business Management System under the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 Quality 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001:2015 Environment.

Realf’s Diving & Salvage strategic decision to execute an OHSEQ Management System to manage and continually improve overall performance and compliance.
